lly can't. I thought it'd be best to put up some pictures to help. It's what you'd call a ziggurat, I think, and I live on the ground floor. Which is called the 4th floor, because you enter from an elevated sidewalk from the top of the building. I live in Block B (sounds like Prison, no?) and I think it goes up to E Block. They are quite hideous up close, but from across the lawn they're not too bad.
